Ayrika Ng is the Vice President of Investments at Perform Properties, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, Ayrika served as Vice President in the Investments Group at Shorenstein Realty Services from 2013 to 2022, and before that, worked in Real Estate Asset Management at Morgan Stanley for a brief period in 2012. They also held the position of Director of Investments at EQ Office, now known as Perform Properties, from 2022 to 2024, and continue in a leadership role at EQ Office and ShopCore as Vice President. Ayrika earned a degree in Environmental Economics and Policy from UC Berkeley, graduating in 2013.
