Danielle Rawles currently serves as a Sustainability and Social Impact Analyst at Perform Properties, a position held since May 2025. Previously, Danielle worked in the same role at EQ Office from August 2022 to May 2025. Danielle's experience includes serving as an Educational Consultant for the UCLA Vice Provost Initiative for Pre-College (VIP) Scholars from June 2019 to June 2022, where mentorship was provided to high school students from LAUSD and PUSD to enhance college competitiveness and curriculum development focused on social justice. Additionally, Danielle completed an internship with the City of Los Angeles in June 2019, contributing to the "Destination Crenshaw" project, which aimed to highlight Black history in Los Angeles through arts and culture. Danielle holds a degree in Geography with a focus on Geography/Environmental Studies from UCLA, completed in 2022.
