Josh Hatfield

Josh Hatfield serves as the President of Perform Properties since May 2025. Previously, Josh held the position of President of EQ Office, ShopCore Properties, and ROIC while also serving as Chief Operating Officer at EQ Office from May 2022 to May 2025. In 2024, Josh was the President of ShopCore Properties. Prior to that, as a Founding Partner at Eagle Point Capital Partners from February 2021 to May 2022, Josh contributed significantly to the firm's success. Josh's earlier experience includes serving as Executive Vice President at Hudson Pacific Properties from 2014 to 2021, and various roles at GE Capital from 2005 to 2014, including Region Manager and Senior Asset Manager. Josh's military background includes an Infantry Officer role in the US Army from 1995 to 2003. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
