Kaleigh Sutherland

Kaleigh Sutherland, CPA, is a seasoned accounting professional currently serving as Corporate Controller at Perform Properties since May 2025. Previously, Sutherland held the position of Corporate Controller at Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. from June 2017 to February 2025, where responsibilities included managing the month-end close process, preparing SEC filings, and overseeing equity and debt accounting. Sutherland also has experience as Corporate Assistant Controller and Corporate Accountant at the same company, and began a career in auditing at Crowe Horwath LLP. Sutherland holds a Master of Science in Financial Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting, both from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
