Peter Maggio

Peter Maggio serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer for Retail at Perform Properties since May 2025, overseeing key departments including Leasing, Legal, National Accounts, Ancillary Income, and Lease Operations. Prior to this role, Peter held various leadership positions at ShopCore Properties from May 2016 to May 2025, culminating as EVP & Chief Revenue Officer and previously serving as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Leasing, managing significant retail assets across multiple U.S. regions. Peter's experience also includes serving as AVP of Leasing for RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust, where responsibilities encompassed leasing across 49 shopping centers, and roles at US Realty and Metro Development Company. Peter Maggio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business.
