Tara mac

Tara Mac is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sustainability, social impact, and property management. Currently serving as a Sustainability & Social Impact Associate and Admin Business Partner at Perform Properties since May 2025, Tara leads various giving programs and partnerships. In early 2025, Tara co-founded Bake and Destroy, an AAPI-owned cookie business that focuses on community engagement. Since 2011, Tara has held the role of Assistant Director and Head of Operations for the Miss Asia USA Pageant, facilitating communication and operations support for leadership. Previous experience includes significant roles at EQ Office (now Perform Properties), LBA, The RMR Group, and various other positions in property management and marketing, highlighting a strong focus on tenant relations, event management, and administrative support. Tara holds a Master’s degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Northridge.
