The Performance Acceleration Journey (PAJ) is an applied leadership development program for rising directors, senior managers, and VPs in high-growth companies.

PAJ was built on a simple belief: most leadership development doesn't reflect how leaders actually operate. So we built something different. Led by former GE CEO Jeff Immelt and leadership coach Kimberly Kleiman-Lee, PAJ combines operator insight, academic rigor, and direct access to a network of active CEOs and founders, giving leaders the clarity, judgment, and strategic acumen to scale companies and deliver results.

The program runs over seven months through four in-person sessions, live coaching, and cross-industry cohorts that expand perspective and build lasting networks. Every session is grounded in real work, real challenges, and real application.
