Serena Teong

Serena Teong has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Most recently, they worked at Performance Art as a Manager in Analytics starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were a Consultant in Business Intelligence at Public and Business Service Delivery | Services au public et aux entreprises from June 2021 to October 2022. In this role, Serena led the development and production of a ServiceOntario Performance Dashboard using Power BI, presenting results monthly to the Director's and Leadership Committee.

Before that, Serena worked at CIBC in various positions. From July 2019 to July 2020, they were a Senior Consultant in EAML Risk & Regulatory Reporting. Serena also worked as a Consultant in Insights & Analytics from July 2018 to July 2019. At TD, Serena served as a Business Management Analyst III in EETS Business Management Governance from January to July 2018.

Serena's earlier experiences include working at CIBC as a Business Analyst in Measurement and Performance Reporting from January 2017 to January 2018, and as a Technical Process Analyst Coop in Global Systems Engineering from May to December 2016. Serena also had an IT Project Coordinator Coop role in Global Systems Engineering from September 2014 to August 2015. Serena started their career as a Business Analyst Coop in Infrastructure Deployment Support at eHealth Ontario from September to December 2013, and as a Training Logistics Coordinator Coop in Infrastructure Client Services at CIBC from January to April 2013.

Serena Teong completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Honors Arts and Business Co-op with a major in Economics at the University of Waterloo between the years 2011 and 2016. Following this, in 2019 to 2020, they obtained a Certificate in Management of Enterprise Data Analytics from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies. In terms of additional certifications, Serena acquired the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in November 2020. Serena also completed the Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 1 Cloud Concepts course provided by LinkedIn in May 2022. Serena's credits include the Elements of AI course from the University of Helsinki, although the specific completion month and year are not provided.
