Operations

The Operations team at Performance Automotive Network is responsible for streamlining and overseeing day-to-day dealership functions across our 15 locations in Kentucky, Ohio, and Utah. Key roles include managing vehicle acquisitions through wholesale and platform buying, coordinating service activities, processing deals and titles, recruiting and onboarding staff, and ensuring seamless administrative support. The team works collaboratively to ensure efficient business development, exceptional customer service, and operational excellence across all dealerships.
