Wayne Rivers

Wayne Rivers is the President and Founder of Performance Construction Advisors. Wayne previously served as a Partner at Fidelity Capital Management and as a loan officer at Central Carolina Bank. Wayne received their BA in Business Management from North Carolina State University and holds certificates from Strategic Coach and the Family Firm Institute. Their work focuses on helping family and closely held companies achieve success.
