Alan Clayton

Alan graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.S. degree in Business Administration/Accounting in 1989, and completed the CPA Exam in 1994. Having served his entire career in the engineering/construction field, Alan has accumulated nearly 31 years of finance experience in the industry.

After joining PCI in 1999 as a Regional Controller for the ISS Division, Alan transferred to the Interior Division in 2001, where he was promoted to Interior Division Controller.

Alan is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Performance Contracting Group, Inc. In this capacity he oversees Corporate and Branch Financial Reporting, Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Risk and Insurance, Tax, Credit and Internal Audit.
