Barney Hill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations development, strategic planning, and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Owner of Perspire Sauna Studio in Lenexa since January 2022, Barney focuses on promoting wellness through infrared saunas while expanding franchise locations in Kansas City. In their role as Manager of Operations Development at Performance Contracting, Inc. since 2019, leadership is provided for training and developing personnel across over 50 national locations, impacting 6,000 employees.
