Caden Smith is currently serving as an Associate Project Engineer Intern at Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI) since May 2025, having previously held the same position with PCI from May 2023 to August 2024 while working remotely from Salt Lake City, Utah, and in Portland, Oregon. Additional experience includes roles as a Campus Ambassador and Roofing Technician at Precision Single Ply LLC from November 2022 to May 2023, and as a Concrete Laborer at Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) from June 2022 to August 2022. Caden is pursuing a degree in Construction Management at Boise State University, attending from 2022 to 2026.
