Dylan McKenzie currently serves as a Senior HR Business Partner at Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI), providing strategic HR support to over 2,500 employees across the eastern United States since April 2022. In this role, Dylan focuses on aligning business objectives with best HR practices, particularly in employee relations and talent development. Prior to this position, Dylan held the role of HR Business Partner at PCI, managing HR functions for a workforce exceeding 2,000 employees. Dylan's earlier experience includes serving as an HR Technician II and I for the City of Manhattan, Kansas, where employment practices were modernized and support for employees navigating leaves of absence was provided. Additionally, as the Director of Training & Development for Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, Dylan developed a standardized training experience for over 3,000 participants. Dylan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Kansas State University, earned in 2016.
