Jim Ray

Jim Ray currently serves as Operations Manager at Performance Contracting, Inc. since October 2023. Additionally, Jim Ray has been a Board Member of ACE Mentor Idaho and the ACE Mentor Program of Oregon since February 2022 and May 2014, respectively, holding the position of Chairman of the Board in the Oregon program. Formerly, Jim Ray was Vice President at JE Dunn Construction from February 2013 to February 2023 and worked as a Senior Estimator at Andersen Construction from January 2004 to February 2013. Earlier in Jim Ray's career, experience includes a role in Preconstruction Technology at DPR Construction, Inc. from April 1996 to December 2003 and working as an Estimating Consultant at Timberline Software from January 1990 to April 1996. Jim Ray earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Oregon State University between 1983 and 1988.
