Justin Smith, CSP, CHST, currently serves as Manager of Corporate Safety (East) at Performance Contracting, Inc. since December 2022, following a tenure as Regional Safety Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Safety Director at The Brandt Companies from February 2016 to December 2022 and as Safety Manager at Dynamic Systems, Inc. from 2013 to 2016. Justin's career began at Performance Contracting, Inc. as a Civil Mechanic from September 2011 to May 2013, and earlier, extensive military experience with the United States Air Force from July 2005 to July 2011 included roles as Security Forces Flight Chief/Desk Sergeant and Vindicator Administrator. Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force.
