Ryan Reid

Ryan Reid is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Supervisor for the Service Desk at Performance Contracting, Inc. since June 2020, where Ryan also held the role of Lead Service Desk Technician. Prior to this, Ryan worked as a Helpdesk Technician at AWL from January 2018 to June 2020. Ryan's career began in customer service as a Delivery Driver at House of Schwan from July 2009 to June 2017. Ryan holds an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from Dodge City Community College, completed between 2007 and 2009, and has furthered IT expertise through Centriq's IT Career Program from 2017 to 2018.
