Steve Kerber

Steve Kerber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction and project management. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Performance Contracting, Inc. since June 2011, Steve supports Southeastern operations from Atlanta and Tampa, overseeing critical product lines including Building Insulation and Firestopping. Previously, Steve held the position of General Manager where management of an approximately $50 million revenue for Insulated Panel Services was a key responsibility, alongside supervising 17 direct reports and 40 field craft workers. Prior to this role, Steve gained valuable experience at OTIS, fulfilling roles such as Territory Manager and Operations Intern, and at Performance Contracting, Inc., serving as Estimator/Project Manager and Project Engineer. Steve earned an MBA with a focus on General Management and Marketing from Purdue University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from Michigan State University.
