Barbara Farley

Barbara Farley is an accomplished leader in talent and learning development with extensive experience in managing teams and delivering impactful training programs across various organizations. Currently serving as Account Director for Strategic Accounts at Performance Development Group and Head of Talent Development at Chewy, Barbara oversees learning services for a workforce of over 20,000 employees and developed a flagship Leadership program for directors. Previous roles include Director of Learning and Development at Conduent HR Services, where Barbara managed $20+ million in contracts, and Global Learning Director at Xerox, leading an international team supporting 30,000 learners. Additional experience includes positions at Insignia Training Partners and General Physics Corporation, focusing on client relations and quality service delivery. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Learning and Development from Oakland University.
