Constance Howes is a Creative Director with nearly two decades of experience in shaping brand, product, and digital experiences from concept to launch. They have a diverse background in brand building, graphic design, design systems, UI, and digital products, particularly in purpose-driven sectors such as learning, SaaS, and wellness. Currently, they serve as Creative Lead at Performance Development Group, where they lead creative teams and develop engaging learning experiences. Previously, they held roles as a Freelance Art Director and Senior Brand Designer at CLEAResult, showcasing their ability to push creative boundaries while aligning with business goals. Constance earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Frostburg State University.
