Heather David

Heather David serves as the QC Editorial Lead at Performance Development Group since March 2023, focusing on solution design, content build, quality control, and audio script writing, among other responsibilities. An adjunct professor at the University of Scranton from June 2017 to December 2024, Heather specializes in poetry and fiction. Previous experience includes roles as Team Lead Assessment Designer at Educational Testing Service from February 2014 to July 2023, where evaluation of written test responses was conducted, and as an instructional designer and content developer at Penn Foster from January 2018 to December 2022, with a focus on curriculum design and Spanish translation. Additionally, Heather taught English writing and ESL at Luzerne County Community College from August 2016 to June 2022. Education includes an EdD in Educational Leadership and Administration from Wilkes University, a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Commonwealth University-Lock Haven, and a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Phoenix.
