Rich Mesch

Rich Mesch has extensive experience in the consulting and advisory field, currently serving as Vice President of Advisory Services and Customer Engagement at Performance Development Group since June 2005. Rich previously held roles such as Senior Director of Strategy & Innovation and Senior Director of Consulting Services & Innovation, focusing on unique and innovative business improvement ideas. Additionally, Rich co-led a talented team in solution design and development and served as Director of Performance Simulation at Strategic Management Group, Inc. from 1985 to 2005, including a position as Vice President of Design & Development. Rich holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and a Six Sigma Green Belt certificate from Villanova University.
