Sean Frontz

Sean Frontz is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in sales performance and consulting. Currently serving as the Global Practice Leader for Sales Performance at Performance Development Group since March 2022, Sean previously held the position of Managing Consultant at Franklin Covey, where leadership of a team of 25 consultants was a key responsibility from November 2004 to March 2022. Prior to that, Sean worked as a Financial Consultant at Wachovia from January 2000 to October 2004, where expertise in financial asset management was demonstrated. Sean also gained experience as a Consultant with Dale Carnegie Training from July 1998 to July 2004, focusing on business acumen and sales leadership. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Psychology from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wheeling University.
