Tasha Rosenbaum

Tasha Rosenbaum has extensive work experience in the field of instructional design and e-learning. Tasha started their career as a Learning Design Consultant at CNA Insurance, where they utilized learning science-based best practices to create and assess short-form content and learning experiences. Tasha then worked as a Senior Instructional Designer at Lumious, collaborating with subject matter experts to design new digital curriculum. Tasha also served as a Learning Technology Specialist at Intuit, supporting the implementation and roll-out of the Docebo LMS. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Instructional Designer at Learnexus, converting ILT material into e-learning and collaborating with SMEs. Tasha has experience in management roles as well, including being a Director of Operations at The Digital Learning Studio, where they managed key client projects and led a development team. Tasha also co-founded bylittle.io, a platform focused on creating visually appealing e-learning. Tasha's diverse skill set and experience make their a valuable asset in the field of instructional design.

Tasha Rosenbaum obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Animation from Full Sail University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Hawaii Pacific University in 2008 and Wayne State College in the same year. In terms of additional certifications, Tasha received the Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR) certification from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research in December 2020. Tasha also obtained the Maximizing Your Leadership Potential certification from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2019, and the Designing Learning Certificate and E-Learning Instructional Design certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in 2015.
