Don Lancaster is an Army veteran and currently serves as the Director of Product Sustainment Operations at PDW, where they focus on lifecycle support, RMA, and mission readiness for advanced unmanned systems. Previously, they worked at Textron as a Project Manager, where they excelled in guiding technical teams and implementing Agile methodologies. Don also held roles at Leidos and Raytheon, developing training programs and overseeing logistics operations. They are dedicated to building high-performing teams and delivering reliable, field-ready solutions that protect those who protect us. Don is pursuing further education at Strayer University.
