James S. is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and product development across various industries. Currently serving as President and COO at Performance Drone Works since September 2021, James leads the engineering and manufacturing of sUAS solutions. Prior to this role, work included serving as Principal at QEF Projects, where strategic planning and operational design were key areas of focus. At The Drone Racing League, James held several positions, including Head of Product Development, where leadership of engineering teams was instrumental in delivering advanced robotics programs. Additional experience includes roles at Tough Mudder Inc. focusing on product design and logistics, and serving as an Advance Associate at The White House, managing site operations for high-profile events.
