Mike Patton

Mike Patton is currently the Deputy General Counsel at PDW and has extensive experience in legal counsel and technology. They previously worked as the Attorney and Owner of Kingatta, LLC, providing fractional general counsel services and developing compliance policies for technology companies. Their prior roles include General Counsel & Compliance Officer at Dito, where they established a compliance department, and Senior Divisional Counsel at Hexagon Geospatial, focusing on global legal support and M&A activities. Mike holds a degree from Nova Southeastern University—Shepard Broad Law Center.
