Rob Pardikes

Rob Pardikes has extensive experience in the industrial automation and sales sectors, currently serving as President of Robway Automation, Inc. since March 1994. Pardikes also works as an Independent Sales Representative for Performance Feeders since 2004 and has held the position of Associate at Sigrid & Associates since 1995. Previously, Pardikes was the Sales Manager at Trinity Tooling Technologies until December 2022, and a Sales Representative at ETXE-TAR until October 2022. Additional roles include Sales Manager at Sarns Machine from 1992 to 2013 and Sales Representative at Leibherr Gear Technology from 1995 to 2008. Pardikes began a career in sales as President of JTS Sales & Engineering from January 1990 to March 1993, after working in proposal and sales at Michigan Automation from 1980 to 1989. Education includes a BA in Marketing and Economics from Michigan State University, complemented by studies at Wayne State University and Oakland University.
