Matthew Sellers has a strong background in construction and project management. Matthew is currently serving as the Vice President of Construction & Development at Performance Fire Protection, LLC since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Brooks Berry Haynie & Associates, Inc. from 2019 to 2022, where they were responsible for project initiation, planning, scheduling, and delivery of various construction projects. Matthew also has experience as a Project Manager at The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western, where they managed multi-million dollar projects and provided leadership to a team of direct reports. Before that, Matthew worked as a Project Manager at Flatiron Construction, Assistant Project Manager at The Walsh Group, Structures Engineer at America's Gateway Builders, Segment Engineer at Central Texas Highway Constructors, and as an Engineering Intern at Zachry Corporation. Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale construction projects, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring project success.
Matthew Sellers is currently pursuing their Bachelors degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering at Tennessee Technological University.

With fully equipped vans and trucks, our in-house NICET Certified design staff utilizes the latest versions of Auto CAD, Hydra CAD, NavisWorks, and Revit software. We have a 6k s.f. facility with an extensive in-house material inventory, crews with a minimum of twelve years’ experience and 24-hour emergency service with a guaranteed two-hour response. Our employees are fully trained and have extensive experience in all types of fire sprinkler protection, including wet systems, dry systems, double interlock pre-action systems, deluge systems, standpipes, diesel and electric powered fire pumps, hydrants and underground piping.
