John Gardner has over two decades of experience in the foodservice and manufacturing industries, currently serving as a Produce Buyer at Performance Foodservice since June 2002. With a progressive career at the company that includes roles such as Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisor, John has developed expertise in employee recruitment, scheduling, coaching, and ensuring quality standards for timely deliveries. Prior experience includes working as a Manufacturing Associate at Alcatel, where responsibilities involved operating production lines and conducting quality inspections, as well as an Order Selector at Merchants Distributors, focusing on safety and accuracy in product selection and order assembly. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Appalachian State University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute.
