Joe King has extensive experience in product design, development, and quality management within the golf and engineering industries. Currently working at Performance Golf since June 2025 in product design and development, King previously held various leadership roles at Callaway Golf, including R&D leadership and Global Head of Quality, and also served as Global Head of Engineering Systems and Global Head of Quality at Eaton. As the founder of Cardiff Quality Consulting, King emphasized quality improvement strategies. Additional roles at Nixon, Acushnet Company, Abbott, Boston Scientific, and Baxter International Inc. have further established a strong foundation in quality engineering and product management. Joe King holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry and Analytical Biochemistry from National University of Ireland, Galway, and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from University of Galway.
