Erich Beideman

Erich Beideman is an experienced retail and service industry professional with a strong background in management and customer service. Since March 2015, Erich has served as an Assistant Store Manager and later promoted to Sales Manager at Performance Bicycle, where responsibilities include achieving sales goals, training new associates, managing inventory, and overseeing a shipping program. Additionally, Erich has worked at Beercraft LLC as a Server/Beertender, utilizing beer knowledge and honing communication skills. Previous experience includes managing a team as Crew Chief at Squeaky Clean Window Washing and assisting with projects as a Carpenters Apprentice at Raymond Interior Systems. Erich holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Sonoma State University, obtained in 2015.
