Paul Lemon

Paul Lemon is an experienced business development leader currently serving as the Head of Business Development at Performance Leader since January 2016. In this role, Paul specializes in helping professional services firms enhance performance and collaboration through innovative consulting and technology solutions. Additionally, Paul is a Committee Member at ICON APAC, contributing to a network of over 2000 B2B professionals across the Asia Pacific region. Previously, Paul held CEO positions at both Managing Partners' Forum and PM Forum, where the focus was on empowering professional firms through insights and resources aimed at improving performance and profitability. Paul’s earlier experience includes working as a Commercial Manager at Legal Week. Paul earned a BSc in Biology from the University of Bristol.
