Joshua Flint

Joshua Flint has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joshua currently serves as the Electronics Production Manager at Performance Motion Devices, Inc. Prior to this role, they worked at L3Harris Technologies as the Sr. Manager Operations Lead and Value Stream Manager. Joshua also held positions at L3 Maritime Systems as a Value Stream Supervisor. Joshua has significant experience in the manufacturing industry, having worked at International Rectifier for several years. At International Rectifier, they held roles such as Manufacturing Supervisor, Trainer CI Lead, and Manufacturing Engineering Lead. Throughout their career, Joshua has demonstrated strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to successfully complete projects on time and within budget.

Joshua Flint has a diverse education history. From 1996 to 2000, they attended Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School where they studied electronic engineering. Joshua then went on to Johnson & Wales University from 2000 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in electronic engineering. Finally, from 2006 to 2010, Joshua attended the University of Phoenix, majoring in Business Management.

In addition to their formal education, Joshua Flint has also obtained several certifications. In 2009, they became an IPC 610, 600 & J-standard Certified Trainer. Joshua has also obtained certifications in Frontline Leadership (2005), Global 8D (2004), Lean Manufacturing (2007), Negotiation Skills (2006), Project Management (2005), and the System for Creating Organizational and Personal Effectiveness (2004).
