Kelly Couch

Kelly Couch is a seasoned professional in public safety and consulting, currently serving as a Consultant for Titan National Consulting Group since April 2023, providing expert witness testimony and deposition preparation services. As the Managing Owner of COUCH CONSULTING LLC since August 2022, Kelly focuses on safety, security, risk management, and expert witness consultation, with previous experience as a Safety Manager for the McMinnville School District, where key safety protocols were implemented. Prior to these roles, Kelly held significant positions in law enforcement, including Tactical Instructor for the State of Oregon, Major Crimes Detective for the City of Brentwood, and various roles in public safety at Saint Mary's College of California and the Town of Moraga. An educational background includes attendance at Los Medanos College from 1985 to 1989.
