Lauren Corthell

Lauren Corthell holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College. Lauren has worked as an Exercise Physiologist at Aetna from 1999 to 2001. Currently, Lauren is the Law Enforcement Coach at Performance Protocol since April 2023. Additionally, Lauren has been the Correctional Wellness Manager and Supervisor at the Hampden County Sheriff's Department since January 2001. Lauren is also the Business Owner of Team Strength 261 since 2015.
