Scott Lowman is currently working as the Regional Manager at the Maryland Department of Transportation in the Office of Transportation Mobility and Operations-CHART. Prior to this, Scott has held various leadership roles such as Vice President of Customer Experience at Air Methods and Major-Retired at Maryland State Police Aviation Command. With a background in law enforcement and a Master of Public Administration degree, Scott brings a wealth of experience in overseeing operations, developing strategies, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
