Eric Ruselink

Eric Ruselink has extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Project Manager at Performance Services since January 2022. Prior to this role, Eric spent over 22 years at Johnson Controls, where responsibilities included Sales Engineer, Systems Team Leader, and ultimately Project Manager, focusing on the training and management of engineering teams and the implementation of automation systems. Earlier in Eric's career, significant roles included Project Engineer at Schust Engineering and a 1st Lieutenant in the US Army. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, earned between 1988 and 1992.
