Garrett Jones

Garrett Jones, MBA, currently serves as the Business Development Manager at Performance Services, focusing on collaboration with K-12 districts to enhance solutions in design-build construction, architectural design, educational planning, energy savings performance contracts, facility studies, and energy leadership programs since September 2025. Prior to this role, Garrett spent over 12 years at Ideal Impact, Inc., where positions included Professional Sales Representative, Major Project Manager, Project Manager, Zoning & Lighting Manager, and Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer, leading initiatives to optimize facilities using patented technologies, manage major project implementations, and improve energy efficiency across educational facilities. Garrett holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution, along with an Associate of Arts from Weatherford College.
