Jillian Howley

Jillian Howley currently serves as the Front Office Coordinator at Performance Services since March 2023. Previously, Jillian held various positions at lululemon from October 2018 to March 2023, including Educator and Key Leader. From November 2017 to June 2019, Jillian was both the Head and Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach at DePauw University. Jillian also has experience as the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at the University of Indianapolis (July 2014 - July 2017) and Lake Erie College (August 2011 - June 2014), where responsibilities included recruiting, budgeting, and practice planning. Additional coaching experience includes roles at Bloomsburg University and Mercyhurst University. Jillian's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Lake Erie College and multiple advanced degrees from Bloomsburg University and Mercyhurst University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Robert Morris University.
