Joe Muldoon

Joe Muldoon serves as Vice President at Performance Services since May 2023. Prior to this role, Muldoon was Chairman and CEO at FAST BioMedical from January 2008 to May 2023. Additional leadership experience includes serving as a board member for Confluence Pharmaceuticals LLC, Bolt for the Heart, InfoDynamics Inc, TrustBearer Labs, and the American Society of Nephrology's Kidney Health Initiative. Muldoon also held a position as Entrepreneur In Residence at the Indiana Venture Center and contributed as board member and Chair at Jameson Camp. Joe Muldoon's educational background includes a B.S. in Accounting and Psychology from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
