Josh Trees

Josh Trees, PE, is an Engineering Manager at Performance Services, where they oversee engineering projects focusing on high-performing buildings and energy-efficient solutions. Previously, they served as an Engineering Supervisor and Project Development Engineer within the same company, leading initiatives in mechanical systems for commercial construction. Josh began their career as an Algorithmic Trading Intern at IMC Financial Markets & Asset Management and later worked as a Mechanical Engineer at IMEG Corp, where they led design teams for mission-critical hospital buildings. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and are currently pursuing an MBA at Northwestern University.
