Matt DeMeuse has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership and managerial roles in the engineering and operations fields. MATT is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Performance Services, where they are responsible for the day-to-day operations and long-term success of the company. Prior to this, Matt worked at McKinstry as a Regional Director from 2015 to 2019 and as a Business Unit Manager from 2012 to 2015. MATT also held the position of Operations Manager at McKinstry from 2008 to 2012. Before joining McKinstry, Matt worked as Vice President at Quality Controls from 2000 to 2008 and held multiple roles at Johnson Controls, including Operations Manager, Performance Contracting Project Manager, and Engineering Manager. MATT began their career as an Engineering Specialist at Landis+Gyr in 1988 and later worked as an Engineering Manager and Application Engineer at Johnson Controls from 1984 to 1988. Matt's experience spans various industries, including energy, education, healthcare, and municipal sectors. MATT has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills throughout their career.

Matt Demeuse holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering, which they obtained from the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 1980 to 1984. Additionally, they also obtained an Associate's Degree in Architectural & Building Construction Engineering Technology from the same institution, from 1980 to 1982. In terms of certifications, Matt Demeuse is certified as a Procore Project Manager in both Project Management and Core Tools, which they obtained from Procore Technologies in May 2020 and February 2020, respectively.
