Mike Cusic

Mike Cusic is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in HVAC system design and project development. Currently a Project Development Engineer at Performance Services since October 2016, Mike previously worked at BSA LifeStructures from 2011 to September 2016 as an HVAC Design Professional, where responsibilities included designing HVAC systems for high-performance buildings and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. Earlier in their career, Mike served as a Sales Engineer at Trane from 2006 to 2010, focusing on HVAC system design requirements and cultivating customer relationships. Mike holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
