Pat Roach

Pat Roach is an experienced Avionics Systems Engineer currently employed at Performance Software Corporation since April 2023. Previously, Pat held various positions at Honeywell Aerospace, including Lead Systems Engineer for Display Systems and Principal Avionics Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed developing display system requirements, safety monitors, and conducting extensive testing and troubleshooting of avionics systems. Pat also served as a Principal Avionics Engineer at Aerion Supersonic, leading teams on avionics design and integration projects. With a strong background in requirements capture, system architecture, and compliance within rigorous aviation standards, Pat's technical expertise is complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Arizona State University.
