Bill also has a long history at Conservation Services Group, where they served as a Senior Program Manager from February 1993 to July 2015.
Bill Footer attended Keene State College from 1989 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology. Bill obtained this degree during this period. Additionally, in October 2021, Bill obtained a certification in Residential Inspector and Plans Examiner from the International Code Council.
