Bill Footer

Bill Footer has a diverse work experience. Bill currently works as an Energy Efficiency Program Manager at Performance Systems Development (PSD) since May 2021. Before that, they served as an Operations Manager at CVS Pharmacy from September 2019 to February 2021. Prior to CVS Pharmacy, Bill worked at CLEAResult as a Senior Program Manager from July 2015 to July 2019. Bill also has a long history at Conservation Services Group, where they served as a Senior Program Manager from February 1993 to July 2015.

Bill Footer attended Keene State College from 1989 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology. Bill obtained this degree during this period. Additionally, in October 2021, Bill obtained a certification in Residential Inspector and Plans Examiner from the International Code Council.
