Drui Caldwell's work experience spans a variety of industries and roles. Most recently, Drui worked at Performance Systems Development (PSD) as a Program Manager, starting in June 2022. Prior to this role, Drui was a Program Coordinator at PSD from March 2021 to June 2022, where they supported the daily operations of energy upgrade programs in Pennsylvania.
Before joining PSD, Drui worked as a Brand Ambassador at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. from November 2018 to March 2021. In this role, they focused on providing excellent customer service, achieving sales goals, and promoting store events and promotions.
In 2019, Drui took on the role of Conference Coordinator at the Philly Pregnancy Center, managing the logistics and operations of the annual Philadelphia Prenatal Diagnosis Conference. In 2017, Drui interned at FunTimes Magazine, where they wrote articles, conducted interviews, and photographed events such as the Wawa Welcome America July 4th Concert featuring Mary J. Blige.
Drui began their professional journey as a Freelance Writer at Chestnut Hill Local from September 2016 to March 2017, writing articles and conducting interviews on influential people in the Chestnut Hill and Mt. Airy community.
Finally, Drui worked as an English Classroom Assistant at Temple University in July and August 2015, where they implemented educational and cultural programs for incoming freshman students, designed lesson plans, and facilitated small group and class-wide discussions.
Drui Caldwell earned a High School Diploma in Design and Applied Arts from Charter High School for Architecture & Design in the years 2010 to 2014. Subsequently, they pursued higher education at Temple University from 2014 to 2018, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.
