Joshua Waight, SHRM-SCP, is currently the HR Manager at Performance Systems Development (PSD), where they have been since 2024. Prior to this role, they served as the Human Resources Director at Alfred State - ACES and held various HR positions, including Director of Human Resources at Arc of Steuben and Total Rewards Manager at Citizens & Northern Bank. With experience as a HR Specialist with the Army National Guard and the United States Department of Defense, Joshua has cultivated a diverse background in human resources since 2009. They are also pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management at Brenau University.
