Kathleen Greely

Chief Executive Officer at Performance Systems Development (PSD)

Kathleen Greely has a strong background in the energy industry, with over 37 years of experience. Kathleen began their career at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory as a Senior Research Associate in the Energy Analysis Program from September 1984 to August 1989. Kathleen then joined Virginia Tech as a Senior Research Associate from August 1989 to June 1993.

In 1998, Kathleen joined Allegheny College as the Director of the Meadville Community Energy Project, where they served until September 2005. Kathleen then joined the Pennsylvania Environmental Council as the Director of the Commonwealth Community Energy Project from October 2005 to November 2007.

From December 2007 to October 2012, Kathleen worked at Performance Systems Development (PSD) as the VP of Programs. Kathleen was then promoted to Senior VP of Program Services, where they served until July 2022. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at PSD since August 2022.

Throughout their career, Kathleen has held various leadership roles and has demonstrated expertise in program development and management.

Kathleen Greely obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Physics and Mathematics from La Salle University between 1979 and 1983. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Energy & Resources from the University of California, Berkeley, from 1981 to 1983.
