Kassandra Strople (Kesterson) has extensive experience in account management, sales, and training within the coffee industry and beyond. They served as Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager at Performance Systems Integration from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, Kassandra held various positions at Tully’s Coffee, including Assistant Store Manager and Franchise and Licensee Specialist, and developed strong skills in training and compliance. Kassandra also worked as Sales Support and Customer Experience Specialist at Blue Tiger Coffee USA and later as Business Development Manager at Blue Tiger Coffee, Inc. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Washington State University in 2007.
